OUR PROM!!!!
Last February 25 was our batch’s big night because it was our prom. In the afternoon around 2:00pm Ivy went to our house because both of us are going to the same parlor. After having fixed at the parlor, we went back at our house and Ivy waited for her mom to pick her up… well… err… I’m sorry but the make-up wasn’t that good, might as well not say the name of the parlor. Her mom picked her up at around 5:00pm. By the way before Ivy came to our house I was talking to my prom date on the phone and told him that he’ll have to be at the house by 6:00pm and he agreed.
I fixed myself (with the help our maid) after Ivy had left our house. When the doorbell rang I thought that it was just my mom but I didn’t knew that my prom date arrived at the exact time my mom arrived... it was like 5:10pm. I’m not prepared that time. I went down by 5:40pm… but I was shy to show myself to my date. My mom was talking to him in our sala and when my mom noticed that I was already there hiding, she told me that "it’s your second time your going to have a prom with Carl… nahiya ka pa sa kaniya." After that I showed myself to them. And Carl was smiling and I told him why did he arrived so early [cause before in their prom we agreed that he’ll be at our house by 5:00pm and he arrived there at 4:30pm and I arrived 5:30pm from the parlor… he waited for more than an hour cause I still have to suit my gown that time]. My mom was trying to take pictures of ours before leaving the house but the camera won’t work… I was kidding my date that the camera won’t work cause he’s there… hehehe… he was also making fun of me that time. We left our house by 6:00pm.
Upon arriving at the prom, I introduced him to our teachers, Ms. Grace and Ms. Lacsamana welcomed us. I was a bit shy because it will be the first time that the teachers will see me well fixed and wearing a gown. We went to our table and there I saw Mario, the date of Angelie (I already met Mario before at the LSGH fair… we call him SMB… he’s great with card magics). Then I asked Mario where Anj was and he told me that Anj is in the washroom so I excused myself to Mario and Carl and went to the washroom. When Anj and I went back to our table some of our kabarkadas are also there like the twins (Cristal and Cheska) with their dates. After awhile Anna, Suzy, Ivy, Tine, Carline, Claire, Eunice, Peewee also had arrived together with their dates. We had fun in our prom. We talk, laugh, take pictures, and of course dance. Our guest band is Bloomfield… they are so great… awesome!!! After the announcement of who the prom princesses of each section and the prom queen was, people started to depart from the multi. Our barkada was planning to go to Eastwood for our post-prom but some couldn’t go. Only I, Carline, Ivy, Suzy, Cristal, and Cheska could come so we just decided to go to Starbucks in Katipunan.
Carl, Ron-e (the date of my besty, Carline), Carline, and I went to Starbucks altogether. Ivy, Suzy, Cristal, and Cheska still have to go home and change into casuals before going to Starbucks and they are not going with their dates. To summarize, we spent like an hour waiting for some of my kabarkadas and before they arrived Carl already left Starbucks cause he still have to go to his classmate’s house at 6:00am to do projects (it was already 2:30am that time when he left). Carl called his driver to fetch him there. When Suzy and the others arrived, they bought their drinks then we went home. I brought Suzy, Ivy, Cristal, and Cheska to Suzy’s home cause they still want to spent time with one another (Ivy’s house is just a few blocks from Suzy and the twins will be fetch by their brother at Suzy’s home by 4:00am). After that I brought Carline and Ron-e home (they are from the same subdivision and they're neighbors before… want to know the story bout them… just ask besty). Then I arrived home by past 3:00am already. I was so tired that night and still experiencing headache but I couldn’t sleep quickly because I had so much fun in our prom… thanks to my friends and to my date. This one night I would always cherish.
